Rahul Gandhi arrested in UP…Mayawati understand the fact that Rahul does not have the kind of weight, which really going to affect her…Rahul Gandhi is all hype and less substance.
It all win win for mayawati, by arresting Rahul Gandhi she has shown to the janta of UP that Rahul is nothing …if we remove the title Gandhi from him… he carry less weight then some of the less know politician.
By doing so, she has also shown that it all a congress staged drama, after all they are in center and could have done more than just going there and trying to take some political mileage…
It seems that Rahul is losing is charm more quickly than expected…Mayawati has shown that Rahul is no Rajiv Gandhi or Indira Gandhi….
Congress need to understand that days are gone when politics based on one man charm worked… I think now a day’s people are intelligent enough to understand this kind of political drama to gain cheap mileage…

Ants Philosophy
All of us tend to look up to big people for lessons on how to get better. We are keen to learn the secrets of their success. But we forget that sometimes the biggest lessons in life come from the smallest folks around us. Now that’s a good lesson to remember!
Take ants for instance. Would you believe those small creatures can teach us how to live a better life? Here are the four lessons from ‘Ants Philosophy’.
1. Ants never quit. Have you noticed how ants always look for a way around an obstacle? Put your finger in an ant’s path and it will try and go around it, or over it. It will keep looking for a way out. It won’t just stand there and stare. It won’t give up and go back.
We should all learn to be like that. There will always be obstacles in our lives. The challenge is to keep trying, keep looking for alternative routes to get to our goals. “Never, never give up!”
2. Ants think winter all summer. Remember the old story of the ant and the grasshopper? In the middle of summer, the ant was busy gathering food for the winter ahead – while the grasshopper was out having a good time. Ants know that summer - the good times – won’t last forever. Winters will come. That’s a good lesson to remember. When the going is good, don’t be so arrogant as to believe that a crisis or a setback cannot happen to you. Be good to other people. Save for a rainy day. Look ahead. And remember, good times may not last, but good people do.
3. Ants think summer all winter. As they suffer through the unbearable cold of the winter, ants keep reminding themselves that it won’t last forever, and that summer will soon be here. And with the first rays of the summer sun, the ants come out – ready to work, ready to play. When we are down and seemingly out, when we go through what looks like a never-ending crisis, it’s good to remind ourselves that this too shall pass. Good times will come.
4. Ants do all they possibly can. How much food does an ant gather in summer? All that it possibly can! Now that’s a great work ethic to have. Do all you can! One ant doesn’t worry about how much food another ant is collecting. Nor does it complain about the poor pay! Ants just do their bit. Success and happiness are usually the result of giving 100% - doing all you possibly can. If you look around you, you’ll find that successful people are those who just do all, they possibly can.

The law of work proportionate
Ever heard of the law “the effort taken by you is directly proportional the effort taken by your manager”.
Harder you work less the manager has to work and less you work harder the manager has to work.
Few days (infect months) back, I had a discussion with one of my friend (Who is in the course of becoming manager soon) regarding the relationship between manager and Subordinate working under him.
So, how does the performance of subordinate working under a manager affect him and is there any relationship between the efforts put in by them, or there is none….
You all must have noticed, when things are going fine in your project, you will see less of your manager and if thing are not going fine you will see more often your manager… so why does this happen…Is there any relationship between them. Let’s try to establish a relationship and provide a name to it for universal appeal.
Now the first question comes…when things go fine in a project?
There could be many internal and external factors affecting the project…but which is the most important factor, it’s you my dear friends, who work hard to keep the project in good shape and on time and yaa also your manger happy.
Your hard work will keep your manager out of pain and tension … in a sense less worry and less work for him.
Now consider the opposite of it, when a team under a manager is not giving 100 percent (there could be reasons for that, we will not go into that territory), what effect this could have on manager?
He would be a worried man with lots of tension and pain.
The outcome would be that you will see more of your manager, higher number of meetings, and some time helping with dirty (development) work…
So in short, we can say the more the subordinate work, lesser work, paint and worry for manager and less the subordinate work, higher work, pain and worry for manager.
Now let’s try to build a statement for the above prove… The law of work proportionate
Subordinate work is directly proportional to manager work.
Infect the better statement would be:
Manager work is directly proportional to Subordinate work.

Persistence not Failure
Everyone meets failure in their journey
through life. To overcome failure,
you need to concentrate and focus your
energy on your goal. If you don't succeed
the first time, try another way.
We are easily distracted or side-tracked
by working on areas that bear no relation
to our goal. Keep your goal focused in
your mind at all Times.
Put your energy and effort into completing
Tasks that move you closer to your goal.
Even if you set aside only 30 minutes a day,
you are being persistent and consistently
moving closer and closer to your goal.
Ask yourself if you have been defeated
by your own lock of persistence without
realizing it.
Step back and take a hard look
at how persistent you have really been.
Wishing you a great week ahead…!

Some unanswered Questions...
So finally, after the release of three police man and one killed by the naxalite in cold blood the situation is over now in Bihar…but this left lot’s of unanswered questions.
Lucas Tete’s cold blooded murder has shown the Taliban kind face of naxalites to the world.
I much say this also shows the wretched and failed law and order conditions of states.
But I think vote bank politics of parties across the line is more responsible the situation what we just saw in Bihar.
Hu…But we can’t blame our politicians for it…after the elections are just around the corner (Bihar elections)…So none of the politician has the balls to take a stand against naxalites, so what ever that say or do is in the context of the coming war…after all they are fighting this war for there own existence.
The location (Kajara) of incidence was infect very close to Patna, hardly 200 km…but still development has not reached there the way it should be and this is what helping naxalism to grow..
There are some basic facts (truth) regarding the naxalites in Bihar and the politician need to understand these truths; this will give the politician the strength and guts to fight naxalites.
The first truth regarding Bihar or other states like Andre Pradesh, the naxalite has become an important part of vote politic. This is the reason why state governments are not able to take any strong measure against the naxalites.
Second, Especially in Bihar in the name of naxalism the cast based parties are more active.
Politician and specially the police need to change there mind set and the there working style. Not every tribal supports naxalite and I think most these tribal who support nexalite are scared of them and I think this is where our system fails. The system need to work in such way that it should win the confidence of these suffering tribal and try to push development as much as and as fast as possible. Only the use of force is not the cure of this problem. I think both development and force used together will only server the purpose.
Infect, the money spend on the CWG should have been used for the development of these tribal people and that could have served a greater purpose. There is no point in putting so much of money only for the purpose of games, when you have so many people under poverty line.
Many politicians who have personal interest in this game might say this is not only about games; it’s about the development of Delhi. In that case its really a matter of shame…putting such a big amount only to develop a small part of India leaving other part hungry.
I don’t see any pride in hosting CWG, but it will be really matter of big pride if we could provide food and development to those who need it more and push them out of poverty line.
Hosting CWG could have helped more if we could have chosen some middle level city and developed it. It could have taken load out of already overloaded cities.
This would have also helped in proper distribution of resources to other part of country. Why people will only move to Delhi or Mumbai or Bangalore, if there are other city where enough job and work is available.
Why it’s so tough to convince our own people that killings will not server any of there purpose and it could be solved only through Peace and harmony. I must say that the state and central government lack vision and courage to fight naxalism, otherwise it could not have become such a big issue what we see today.

Divide and Rule...
God will only save this country from terrorist, if we keep on discussing sohrabuddin on nation network just for the vote bank.
I think people of India need to understand that this will only weaken our country internally and externally.
If some of the political party keeps on supporting the Muslims out of way, we are going to see the whole India converted into Kashmir.
So what could be expect … The problem is not going to end here; the result will be THE RISE OF HINDU EXTREMIST…
After all these Muslim terrorist are killing Hindus in mass…we have seen what happened in Kashmir, where millions of innocent Kashmiri pundits were killed…these so called secular party never talk about it.
But see how much noise we are making about Sohrabuddin encounter, who has criminal background and some proofs that he has connections with terrorist organization.
Now the question is how much the majority (Hindu) going to tolerate. If you keep on suppressing the majority for the vote bank, be ready to face reaction…after all each action has equal and opposite reaction and it might be more in this case.
If the attitude does not change here, its only matter of time…You will soon start seeing violent reaction from the majority of this country.
It’s high time that political party start functioning in a neutral manner or else ready to face the consequences.

All New Hotmail...
Yesterday I opened a new account with hotmail. Trust me friends..,its really cool …I will suggest, try it once… You will put out of your mind all other mail provider….
There’s lots of cool stuff in the new Hotmail, for example...
Hotmail allows you to attach up to 10 GB (50 MB each), whereas Gmail won’t let you go above 25 MB. I think the combination of the new features of Hotmail Wave 4 with this and the unlimited storage makes the new Hotmail unbeatable! If you abandoned it before, give it a go again. Import your Gmail, and other POP enabled accounts into Hotmail and have it all conveniently in one place!
Help your self….
